DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

We hope you'll appreciate our products and that you will love the kristina.d item you purchased. We understand that purchases don’t always work out. We fully guarantee and stand by our products. kristina.d offers returns for items in new condition with tags attached within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If you would like to return an unworn, unaltered wallet, please email inquiries@kristinadtravels.com within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return or exchange your order.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN

Fill out "return reason" on the packing slip included with your original shipment. Please make sure to include a copy of your packing slip in the return shipment so that we may identify your order. Within 5 days of receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your return was processed. Returns can take from 3 to 10 days to arrive. A refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Refunds are for product only and do not include initial shipping cost. INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

We offer full refunds for returns on International orders for items in new condition with tags attached within 30 days of receipt of shipment. kristina.d does not pay return shipping for International orders and customs duties. VAT fees are non-refundable through kristina.d. You may be able to recover these funds directly by contacting your local customs bureau.

GIFT RETURN POLICY

We are happy to make return arrangements for any item received as a gift. We will issue an e-gift card, which will be sent to you via email. The e-gift card will not expire. We do not offer refunds for items received as gifts. To make arrangements to return items received as a gift, please contact kristina.d customer care at inquiries@kristinadtravels.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
